Tiedoksi. Bio-Rad qPCR -laitteemme kansi ei ehkä ole enää riittävän tiivis ja vuotaa vasemmalta puolelta (katso liite) tai kyseessä on jokin muu vika. Ilmeisesti pohjassa oleva vaalea muovi on ylikuumentunut (ruskeita jälkiä) ja kannen vasemmalla puolella on jotain öljyistä. qPCR ajojen tuloksiin tällä ei toistaiseksi ole ollut vaikutusta. Olen ollut yhteydessä Bio-Radin huoltoon.

FYI. The lid of our Bio-Rad qPCR instrument may no longer be tight enough and is leaking from the left side (see attachment) or there may be some other problem. Apparently, the light plastic at the bottom has overheated (brown marks) and there is something oily on the left side of the lid. This has not had any effect on the results of the qPCR runs so far. I have contacted Bio-Rad's service.
