6.3. ja/tai 7.3. CRC:n kaikkien kylmäkalusteiden (jääkaapit, pakastimet, syväjääpakastimet…) taustat puhdistetaan. Tällöin kylmäkaluste siirretään paikoiltaan pois, lattia ja seinäpinnat pyyhitään sekä kylmälaitteen tausta imuroidaan. Työt tehdään aikavälillä klo 8-13. Puhdistamisen jälkeen olisi hyvinkin suotavaa, että kylmälaitteet tarkistettaisiin, että ne ovat päällä ja niissä on oikea lämpötila.
