Dr. Juha Väyrynen will talk about the use of QuPath in cancer research. The title of Juha´s  presentation is Exploring the colorectal cancer microenvironment using QuPath, open source software for bioimage analysis

Juha is a pathologist and works at University of Oulu as Adjunct Professor in Cancer Biology.  He has extensive experience on gastrointestinal / colorectal cancer pathology and on the use of AI-assisted image analysis to decipher cancer tissue behavior.
