SOLE-järjestelmään kirjattavat joulukuun tunnit pitää olla

hyväksyttyinä 23.12.2010 klo 16.00 mennessä, minkä jälkeen joulukuu

suljetaan.

 

Projektien johtajia muistuttaisin myös siitä, että katsoisitte vuoden vaihteessa päättyvien projektienne tilanteen. Tavoite on tietysti se, että projektille myönnetty raha käytetään pois mahdollisimman tarkkaan. Miinuksille ei saa mennä, koska tämänhetkinen tieto on se, että SA ei hyväksy laskua, jos projektin saldo on negatiivinen. Vuoden 2010 kokonaiskäyttöoikeus on vuoden 2010 myöntö + vuodelta 2009 siirtynyt saldo (positiivinen tai negatiininen).

 

 

 

Hours of December in SOLE must be signed on December 23rd at 4.00 pm. After that December will be closed.

 

I am reminding the project leaders to take care of the projects which are ending this year. FA does not allow the final balances of the projects to be negative so we have to adjust them so near the zero as possible. The right to spend money is the total allocated for this year plus the final balance of the project in 2009 (positive or negative).
