SÄHKÖINEN PALKKILASKU Siirrymme käyttämään sähköistä palkkiolaskua: MepcoHRMssä on sähköinen lomake muiden kuin Oulun yliopiston työntekijöiden palkkioiden laskuttamiseen (1.6.20 lukien). Lomakkeen voi aloittaa jokainen Oulun yliopiston työntekijä. Hän toimii tällöin toimeksiantajana. Lomake on kätevä ja helppokäyttöinen, aloittaja täyttää lähinnä palkkion perustiedot ja saajan sähköpostiosoitteen. Lomake sujuvoittaa ja nopeuttaa palkkion maksua. Lomakkeelle pääset Mepcossa: Henkilöhaku -> (rullaa avautuvan sivun alalaitaan) -> Uusi toimeksianto (oikea alakulma) -> Sähköinen palkkiolomake. ELECTRINIC INVOICE-FOR-A-FEE-FORM We will start using electronic invoice-for-a-fee-form: In MepcoHRM, there is an electronic invoice-for-a-fee form available for the payment of fees to those not employed by the University of Oulu (from 1 June 2020 onwards). Any employee of the University can start the form. This person operates as assignor. The form is easy to use: starter fills in mainly basic information of the fee and recipients email address. The form makes the fee payment process more fast, fluent and efficient. You can access the form in MepcoHRM: "Employee search" -> roll to the bottom of the page -> New assignment (bottom right) -> Electronic fee form.
