The Sigrid Jusélius 90th anniversary symposium is held as an online event, Contactless Conference on November 26, 2020.

 

The symposium promises to be inspiring with topics ranging from newest findings in rare diseases to challenging treatment paradigms. Participation is free and open for all interested but for technical reasons registration is required.

Sigrid Jusélius Foundation is the largest private supporter of medical research in Finland. In honor of the anniversary year, the Foundation decided to distribute an extra grant for three new professorships for 5 years. In addition, the Foundation’s financial support to medical research this year amounts to 19.75 million euros, mainly as grants to research groups, but also as grants to postdoctoral Fellows and Senior Fellows.
