Tarkennuksia päivämääriin. Riskienarviointikyselyt on lähetetty tämän viikon alussa ja tähän kyselyyn täytyy vastata viimeistään 14.10. Terveyskyselyt lähetetään tänään, terveyskyselyn viimeinen vastauspäivä on 18.10. Muistutuksena vielä se, että kyselyt lähetetään sähköpostitse niille, jotka ovat tällä hetkellä työsuhteessa Oulun yliopistoon.

Some updates to dates. Risk assessment questionnaires were sent  at the beginning of this week and this questionnaire must be answered by 14.10. at the latest. Health surveys will be sent today, the last response date for the health survey is 18.10. As a reminder, these surveys are sent by e-mail to those who are currently employed at the University.

Terveystalon teettämään työpaikkaselvitykseen liittyen tulette samaan ensi viikolla Terveystalolta kaksi erillistä kyselyä. Kyselyt lähetetään sähköpostitse niille, jotka ovat tällä hetkellä työsuhteessa Oulun yliopistoon. Kyselyt ovat riskienarviointikysely ja terveyskysely. Kyselyihin täytyy vastata viimeistään 14.10.2018. Vastukset menevät suoraan Terveystalolle eli kellään Oulun yliopistolla tai muillakaan kolmansilla osapuolilla ei ole mahdollisuutta nähdä vastauksia. Vastaukset käsitellään ehdottoman luottamuksellisesti. On tärkeää, että kyselyihin vastataan. Mikäli kyselyyn ei vastaa, työterveyshuolto ottaa automaattisesti yhteyttä.

Related to Terveystalo's workplace survey, two separate surveys will be emailed to you from Terveystalo next week. Those who are currently employees of the University of Oulu will receive these surveys. Surveys are a risk assessment questionnaire and a health survey, and must be answered no later than 14.10.2018. Answers go directly to Terveystalo and, therefore, no one at the University of Oulu or any other third party have the opportunity to see answers. The answers are treated in strict confidence. It is important that the surveys are answered. If you do not answer, the occupational health service will automatically contact you.
