Dear researchers and coordinators of research infrastructures,
This spring, the Academy of Finland arranges a call for applications for inclusion in the Finnish Research Infrastructures Roadmap. The call is open from 1 April to 27 May 2020. The call text will be published in March.
There has been one info session on the upcoming call and road map, please have a look at the presentation:
All research infrastructures will need to apply in this call, including those that are on the roadmap. However, there are some exceptions to this, such as the international memberships which membership fees are paid through
the AoF.
If you have any doubts concerning this, please be in contact and we will be in contact with the AoF if necessary.
In this call, no funding is available. The funding call will be open in 2021 and it is necessary to apply for the roadmap in this call to have a reasonable chance of getting funding in the 2021 call. So please be proactive.
As usual, there is an internal review process at the university and all information regarding that can be found here:
The deadline for the internal process is
13 March.
