Research Professional supplies us with all funding opportunities now

Since 1 October, UniOulu and Oamk staff are among the beneficiaries of Research Professional services. Research Professional is a database that supplies you with every funding opportunity that you can apply for. All thematic links below lead you to Research Professional web-site and show you more accurately the calls that you might find interesting in your field of research.

How to access the information?

There are three ways:

1) At the campus area in Linnanmaa or Kontinkangas: Simply, the first time you click a Research Professional link, sign in with your familiar Haka login information, save the choice and next time you will not have to sign in anymore but can access the information behind the links immediately.

2) UniOulu staff working remotely: Use your UniOulu VPN connection and access Research Professional without having to sign in at all.

3) All of Oamk staff and UniOulu staff working remotely without VPN connection: Use your oulu.fi or oamk.fi e-mail address as a username and create a password to access the service (fields on the right hand side of the log in page). Please click 'Forgot password' and the system will help you create one.

The drop-down menu on the log in page on the left under "With your university account" does not yet have UniOulu or Oamk among the listed institutions. We will be listed soon. Whilst waiting for that, please access the database by the means described above.

All oulu.fi and oamk.fi e-mail addresses are entitled to Research Professional services.

Trouble accessing the database? Please, send an e-mail to anne.salmi@oulu.fi

User training events will be organized during this autumn. We will inform about the events in the Research Funding Newsletter and in UniOulu Patio and Oamk Heimo.
