Register now for the Single Cell Omics symposium,

Oct 26 to 27, 2023, in Biomedicum Helsinki.

The symposium covers broad areas of single cell omics: from spatial interactions to epigenetic plasticity,

with methodologies ranging from functional genomic screens to machine learning models,

applied in a wide range of biological contexts: intestinal stem cells, brain development, immunology and cancer.

Program begins at 9 AM on Oct-26, and ends at 1PM on Oct-27. We will have a poster session on Oct-26 after the talks.

The symposium is on-site only, free of charge and everybody is warmly welcome to register!

Barbara Treutlein (ETH Zurich), Oliver Stegle (EMBL Heidelberg) , Kelley Yan (Columbia University), Brian Cleary (Boston University College of Engineering),

Valentina Boeva (ETH Zurich), Celine Vallot (Institut Curie), Jessica Nordlund (Uppsala University), and Mark Robinson (University of Zurich), will present their work,

in addition to national speakers Sakari Vanharanta (University of Helsinki), Tuure Kinnunen (University of Eastern Finland), Pia Rantakari (University of Turku),

and Satu Mustjoki (University of Helsinki).

Symposium is part of the Single Cell Course week 2023 with hands-on wet-lab and data-analysis courses for students.
