the Single Cell Omics symposium,
Oct 26 to 27, 2023, in Biomedicum Helsinki.
The
symposium covers broad areas of single cell omics: from spatial interactions to epigenetic plasticity,
with methodologies ranging from functional genomic screens to machine learning models,
applied in a wide range of biological contexts: intestinal stem cells, brain development, immunology and cancer.
Program begins at 9 AM on Oct-26, and ends at 1PM on Oct-27. We will have a poster session on Oct-26 after the talks.
The symposium is on-site only, free of charge and everybody is warmly welcome to register!
