The Nordic Conference on Digital Health and Wireless Solutions 2026 (NCDHWS2026) will be held at the University of Oulu’s Kontinkangas campus on June 16–17, 2026.
The event brings together researchers, physicians, nursing professionals, engineers, and industry representatives to explore how digital health and wireless innovations can transform healthcare systems.
This multidisciplinary conference is organized by the University of Oulu’s 6GESS and DigiHealth research :programs in collaboration with Profi6-Fibrobesity, Profi8-Health Dimensions, Oulu Brain & Mind, and
regional partners OAMK, Oulu University Hospital, Pohde, and BusinessOulu.

Types of research papers: We accept three submission types: full papers, short papers, and abstracts. Accepted full and short papers will be published in Springer’s
Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series (classified as JUFO1) with open access and indexed in international databases (e.g., Scopus, DBLP, EI Compendex, INSPEC, SCImago, zbMATH). Abstracts will be included in the background section
of the published proceedings.
Each accepted paper—regardless of type—will be assigned either a Rapid Presentation oral slot or a poster spot during the conference.
Registration and participation fees: Registration for NCDHWS2026 is open. The Early Bird fee is €245 before April 15, 2026; after that, the fee increases to €295. Detailed
