Näytteen keräys mykoplasmatestiin

• Ota 1 ml mediumia talteen eppariin, säilytä -20 C:ssa testi-PCR:ään saakka

• Parhain tulos saadaan kun näyte kerätään 24h (tai vähintään yön yli) mediumin vaihdon jälkeen.

Sample collection for mycoplasma test 

• Collect 1 ml of media to Eppendorf tube and store in -20 C until the test-PCR

• Ideally the supernatant should be collected 24 hours after changing the medium (or at least from overnight culture).
