CRC:llä olevat syväjääpakastimet ja nestetyppitankit ovat aika täynnä / täynnä. Tässä muutama asia:

• Jokaiselle tutkimusryhmälle on turvattava riittävä ja tasapuolinen säilytystila. Eli ei siten, että jollakin ryhmällä on paljon säilytystilaa ja toisella ryhmällä hyvin vähän.
• Säilytystilojen näytekartat sekä paperinen että sähköinen versio ovat puutteellisia. Paperiset kartat löytyvät syväjääpakastin- ja nestetyppitankkihuoneista. Sähköiset kartat löytyvät:  S:\KLIIN\CRC. Näytekarttoihin riittää maininta ”tutkimusryhmä” tai ”tutkimusryhmä/tutkija”. Tutkimusryhmät pitävät sitten itse tarkempaa luettelointia näytteistä.
• Näytteitä, joita ei tarvita, hävitetään. Näytteiden inventaario ja näytekarttojen päivitys tehdään 15.11. mennessä. Jos on epäselvää kenen laatikoita/näytteitä on esim. jossain räkissä, ottakaa valokuva ja lähettäkää valokuva CRC sähköpostilistalle. Kannattaa kuitenkin huomioida, että valokuvassa ei näy mitään arkaluontoista tietoa.
• Tutkimusryhmät informoivat uusia työntekijöitään näistä näytekartoista ja että ne täytyy pitää ajan tasalla.
• Tämä viesti lähetetään myös ryhmänjohtajille.

The deep freezers and liquid nitrogen tanks at CRC are quite full / full. Here are a few things:

• Each research group must be provided with sufficient and equal storage space. That is, not in such a way that one group has a lot of storage space and another group has very little.
• The sample maps, both paper and electronic versions, are incomplete. Paper maps can be found in the deep freezer and liquid nitrogen tank rooms. Electronic maps can be found at: S:\KLIIN\CRC. • Research groups inform their new employees about these sample maps and that they must be kept up to date.
