Oulun Biokemistiseura järjestää jälleen yritysvierailutapahtuman lähiseudun bioalan organisaatioihin. Tällä kertaa vierailemme 2.6.2017 kello 13 alkaen OYS TestLabissa, jonka jälkeen siirrymme ValiRx:lle. Molemmat sijaitsevat Kontinkankaan alueella 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä toisistaan.

Oulun yliopistollisen sairaalan yhteydessä sijaitseva OYS TestLab tarjoaa puitteet julkisen ja yksityisen sektorin yhteistyölle. Terveysteknologiayritykset voivat OYS TestLabissa testata tuotteitaan todenmukaisessa ympäristössä ja saada palautetta terveydenhuollon ammattilaisilta. http://ouluhealth.fi/labs/

ValiRx on Oulussa toimiva monikansallinen bioteknologia-alan yritys. ValiRx tekee laajamittaista tutkimustyötä mm. sopivan merkkiaineen löytämiseksi eturauhassyövän toteamiseen ja hoidon seurantaan. Lisäksi ValiRx tarjoaa palvelulaboratoriopalveluja yhteistyössä Oulun ammattikorkeakoulun kanssa.www.valifinn.com/

The Biochemical Society of Oulu arranges company visits again the 2^nd of June! This time we will visit OYS TestLab at 13:00 from where we will continue to ValiRX. Both organizations are located in Kontinkangas and are 10 minutes walking distance apart.

OYS TestLab, located in Oulu University Hospital, offers frameworks for collaboration between private and public sectors. In OYS TestLab, health technology companies can test their products in realistic environment and get feedback from health care professionals. http://ouluhealth.fi/labs/

ValiFinn is multinational biotechnology company situated in Oulu. One of its core business activities is carrying out developmental research that is used for finding treatments for cancer. Our members can apply grants from FEBS, FEMS, IUBAP, IUMS, EBSA and IUBMB. We aim to improve the employment of bioscience professionals in the Oulu region by organizing company visits, networking and social events.
