Subject: Electric doors will stay locked in Kieppi building- Sähköovet päivisin lukittuna Kieppi-rakennuksessa
Kieppi päärakennuksessa sähkölukolla toimivat ovet 2., 3. ja 4. kerroksessa
menevät lukkoon 1.11.2019 alkaen ja ovet ovat lukossa ympärivuorokautisesti ja joka päivä. Kulkeminen tiloihin tapahtuu
henkilökohtaisen kulkutunnisteen avulla. Tämä muutos ei aiheuta lisätoimia kenellekään ja kenenkään kulkemista ei rajoiteta, eli henkilökohtaisella kulkutunnisteella pääsee Kiepin eri kerrosten tiloihin
virka-aikana (ma-pe, klo 7:30-16:15). Virka-ajan ulkopuolelle tarvitaan erillinen kulkulupa, joka pyydetään ao. yksiköiltä erikseen entiseen tapaan.
Aiemmin myönnetyt erilliset kulkuluvat ovat edelleen voimassa 1.11. jälkeenkin.
In the Kieppi main building, the doors with electric locks on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors
will be locked as of 1.11.2019 and the doors will be locked 24 hours a day and every day. Access to these premises is done by
using the staff ID card or some other personal access pass. This change will not cause any extra work for anyone and will not limit anyone's passage, meaning that staff ID Card or some other personal access pass will allow access to the different floors
of Kieppi during office hours (Mon-Fri, 7:30-16:15). A separate access pass is required outside office hours, which is requested separately as before. Previously granted separate access passes are still valid after 1.11.
