Academy of Finland and FARIA joint seminar:
Established and Emerging Funding Opportunities for U.S.-collaboration

Purpose of the seminar:
The Academy of Finland (AoF) has two established partnerships in the United States, with the National Science Foundationhttps://www.nsf.gov/ (NSF) and the National Institutes of Healthhttps://www.nih.gov/ (NIH). Together with these American funders, AoF has agreed to promote Finnish-American research collaboration for the period 2020-2024. Currently. AoF is exploring the possibilities of widening the collaboration with additional U.S. research funders.
This seminar is part of the FARIAincubator program which provides up-to-date information and advice regarding upcoming joint calls between AoF and its partner portfolio in the U.S.
Target group: Researchers and research support officers interested in established and newly emerging U.S.-funding opportunities by the Academy of Finland
