1. Nestetyppivuoro siirtyy heinäkuun alussa Kirurgialle ja Anatomialle. Tällä hetkellä Ihotaudit hoitaa nestetyppivuoroa. Anja perehdyttää kesäkuussa Kirurgian ja Anatomian vuorosta vastaaville henkilöille (Sanna, Elina, Katja, Minna ja Anni) toimintaperiaatteet.

3. Laboratoriotakit viedään pesuun juhannuksen jälkeen maanantaina 23.6. Tarkistakaa takkien taskut siihen mennessä. Soluviljelyn eteishuoneeseen hankitaan keltainen säkki jonne takit kerätään.

4. Inkubaattoreita ryhdytään pesemään yksi kerrallaan, hyllyt voidaan laittaa kuitenkin pesuun useammasta kaapista yhtäaikaisesti. Kesän ajalle jätetään jokaiseen huoneeseen päälle yksi kaappi. Toinen pestään joko ennen tai heti lomien jälkeen riippuen niin työntekijöiden kuin myös välinehuollon aikataulusta. Kaasujen tarkistus voidaan tehdä elokuun alussa kun teknisen puolen henkilöstö palaa lomalta. Cell Lockerin filtterit sovittiin vaihdettavaksi kerran vuodessa kaappien pesun yhteydessä tai tarpeen niin vaatiessa (kontaminaatio). Antti tarkistaa teknisen palvelun kanssa hiilidioksipullojen tilanteen. Jos vaihto on ajankohtainen, huolehditaan se ennen lomakauden alkua.

5. Mykoplasmatestiin on tällä hetkellä listalla viisi näytettä. Seuraava mykoplasmatesti tehdään kesän jälkeen maanantaina 29.9.2025. Merkatkaa jaetussa kansiossa olevaan taulukkoon näytteet jotka haluatte analysoitavan tuolloin.

6. Haravapipettien kalibrointi on tehty. Syksyllä lähetetään porrastetusti Antin koordinoimana myös muut pipetit joiden huollosta on kulunut useampi vuosi tai jotka selvästi ovat huollon/kalibroinnin tarpeessa. Sovittiin säännöllisestä, kerran vuodessa, suoritettavasta tarkistuksesta pipetointitilavuuksiin. Jos niissä huomataan heittoa, silloin on tarpeen lähettää pipetti huoltoon.

1. The liquid nitrogen shift will be transferred to Surgery and Anatomy at the beginning of July. Currently, Dermatology is handling the shift. In June, Anja will familiarize the people responsible for the Surgery and Anatomy shift (Sanna, Elina, Katja, Minna and Anni) with the operating principles.

3. Lab coats will be collected for laundry after Midsummer on Monday, June 23. Please check the pockets of the coats by then. A yellow bag is brought to the entry room of cell culture where the coats will be collected.

4. The incubators will be washed one at a time, although shelves from several incubators can be washed at the same time. One cabinet will be left on in each room during the summer. The others will be washed either before or immediately after the holidays, depending on the schedule of both the employees and the equipment maintenance. CO2 levels can be checked at the beginning of August when the technical staff returns from vacation. It was agreed that the Cell Locker filters will be replaced only once a year when the cabinets are washed or when necessary (contamination). Antti will check the status of the carbon dioxide bottles with the technical service. If the replacement is timely, it will be taken care of before the start of the vacation season.

5. There are currently five samples on the list for the mycoplasma test. The next mycoplasma test will be done after the summer, on Mon 29th Sept. List the samples you bring to the analysis in the shared excel file.

6. The calibration of the multi-channel pipettes has been done. In the fall, other pipettes that have had the maintenance several years ago or that clearly need service/calibration will also be sent in stages, coordinated by Antti. It was agreed that the pipetting volumes will be checked regularly, once a year. If there is a deviation in them, then it is necessary to send the pipette for service.
