Innovation Services is arranging Commercialization Clinic where you can learn structuring and validating commercial project from invention, how to apply Tekes TUTLI funding and how to create strategy that increases likelihood for commercial success.
The trainer is Juhani Lahdenperä from Biotech Start up Management Oy. He studied Biochemistry at the University of Oulu and since that he has been last ten years as a start-up CEO or Operations Manager raising funds and developing business strategies among other things. His background is in biosciences but this training fits well also to other fields.
