Yhteenveto

Kokouksessa keskusteltiin seuraavista asioista

1. Lomien jälkeen on tehokkaasti puhdistettu ja steriloitu inkubaattoreita. Välinehuolto toivoo, että jatkossa viedään pesuun vain yhden kaapin vermeet per päivä jotta vältytään ruuhkalta.

2. Hiilidioksidin kulutusta on mitattu teknisten toimesta koska sen kulutus on ollut korkeahkoa ja haluttiin poissulkea vuotojen mahdollisuus. Vuotoja ei havaittu joten kohonnut kaasun kulutus liittyy oletettavasti kaappien puhdistukseen. 

3. Laminaarien huolto lähestyy, tarkempaa ajankohtaa ei ole vielä tiedossa. Antti informoi kun päivä on tiedossa. Huollon jälkeen on hyvä käyttää UV-lamput päällä ja pyyhkiä kaapit etanolilla.

4. Keskusteltiin tarvikkeiden ja reagenssien toimitusvaikeuksista sekä harmittavan lyhyistä ekspiraatioajoista. Kannattaa erikseen pyytää esim. mediumeja tilatessa, että toimittavat lottia jolla on mahdollisimman paljon käyttöikää jäljellä.

5. Anja tekee mykoplasmatestin joulukuussa, jos ei ole tarvetta aiemmin?

6. Olen lähettänyt tiedustelua sähköisestä imusysteemistä sairaalan puolelle. Mainitsin viestissä, että etenkin jos lähestyvä muutto johtaa laitteiden poistumiseen käytöstä, otamme sellaisen mielihyvin vastaan.

7. Seuraava kokous ma 30.10. klo 13.30 CRC:n kahvihuoneessa.

Summary

The following issues were discussed at the meeting

1. After the holidays, incubators have been thoroughly cleaned and sterilized. DWA services prefer that in the future, shelves and water containers of only one incubator per day will be delivered for washing to avoid overload.

2. Carbon dioxide consumption has been measured due to relatively high consumption and in order to rule out the possibility of leaks. No leaks were detected so, the increased gas consumption is presumably related to the cleaning of incubators.

3. Laminar maintenance is approaching, the exact date is not yet known. Antti will inform when the date is settled. After maintenance, it is good to use the UV lamps on and wipe the laminars with ethanol.

4. We discussed the delays in delivery of supplies and reagents, as well as short expiration times of certain items. General conclusion was that when ordering for example mediums, it is good specifically mention that a lot with long expiration time is preferred.

5. Anja is planning to do a mycoplasma test in December, if there is no need earlier?

6. Additional electronic suction systems has been inquired from the hospital.

7. Next meeting Mon 30.10. at 1:30 p.m. in the CRC coffee room.
