Brief intro to the topic: Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) has become a powerful tool for understanding tissue heterogeneity by profiling gene expression at the single-cell level. This allows for the detection of rare cell types, uncovering cellular diversity, and identifying the molecular signatures of different cell populations and the way these cells respond to perturbations. There are several scRNA-seq technologies that are particularly valuable for exploring transcriptomics at single cell levels. Come to find out!
