The European Partnership on Transforming Health and Care Systems (THCS) launches its third Joint Transnational Call (JTC) for proposals aiming to fund research and innovation projects that strengthen primary and community health and care systems and provide policy and decision makers with the necessary knowledge and tools to govern the transitions needed in the primary and community care sector. The deadline for submission of consortia pre-proposal is 30th of January 2025. Please see more information from the attachment and also from the website below:
