Välitilinpäätös laaditaan kuluvana vuonna 30.4.2024 ja 31.8.2024 tilanteista. Oulun yliopiston vuoden 2024 toinen välitilinpäätös hyväksytään yliopiston hallituksen kokouksessa marraskuussa 2024.

Välitilinpäätöksen yhteydessä kaudet suljetaan ja niihin kohdistuvia muutoksia voi tehdä vain talousjohtajan erillisellä luvalla.

Yksiköitä koskevat välitilinpäätöstiedot ovat raportoitavissa viikolla 39 erikseen ilmoitettavana ajankohtana.

SAP CATS: Elokuun työajankohdistukset on tehtävä 2.9.2024 ja hyväksyttävä 4.9.2024 mennessä.

SAP Martti: Ostolaskut tulee yksiköissä tiliöidä, asia tarkastaa ja hyväksyä 4.9.2024 klo 14 mennessä.

SAP Travel: Matkalaskut ja kululaskut on tehtävä SAP Travelilla 23.8.2024 mennessä ja ne on hyväksyttävä yksiköissä 30.8.2024 mennessä. Matkalaskut on tehtävä myös peruuntuneista matkoista, mikäli niistä on aiheutunut yliopistolle kustannuksia (hotellit, lentoliput jne).

Projektit: Mikäli projektille on myönnetty jatkoaikaa, on siitä toimitettava kirjallinen dokumentti 23.8.2024 mennessä Talouspalveluihin oman yksikön projektitaloushenkilölle.

Tulolaskutus: Kaikki 1.1.2024-31.8.2024 väliselle ajalle kuuluvia tuloja koskevat laskutuspyynnöt tulee ilmoittaa talouspalveluihin 31.8.2024 mennessä, jotta laskutus ehditään tehdä elokuun kirjanpitoon.

University of Oulu's interim financial statement of 31.8.2024 is reported to the University Board on November 2024. Interim financial statement 2/2024 is ready to be reported at week 39, exact date will be informed later.

SAP CATS deadline for a basic user is 2.9.2024. SAP CATS acceptances must be made by 4.9.2024 at the latest.

Purchase invoices are to be accepted by 4.9.2024 at 14:00 at the latest.

Invoices of the travel expenses on business trips ending by the end of July 2024 must be made by 23.8.2024 at the latest and they must be accepted by 30.8.2024 at the latest. Invoices for travel expenses must also be presented from the trips which have been cancelled if they have caused costs to the university (air tickets, hotels, etc.)

Projects: If the original funding period ending between 1.1.-31.8.2024 is extended, please inform as soon as possible, by 23.8.2024 at the latest, the new ending date to your Project Finance Specialist/Coordinator and attach the needed documentation.

Income Invoicing: All invoicing requests concerning income belonging to the period between 1 January 2024 and 31 August 2024 must be reported to financial services by 31 August 2024 in order to be able to do the invoicing in the August accounting.
