Etätyösuositus päättyy - miten sujuu monipaikkainen työ yliopistossa? Korona-ajan etätyösuosituksesta luovutaan Oulun yliopistossa 15.10.2021 alkaen. Emme kuitenkaan palaa entiseen, vaan otamme käyttöön uuden monipaikkaisen työn mallin. Mitä monipaikkainen työ tarkoittaa käytännössä, miten siitä sovitaan ja mitä kaikkea työjärjestelyissä kannattaa huomioida?

From 15 October 2021, the University of Oulu will end the telework recommendation, which has been in force during the Corona pandemic. Nevertheless, we are not going back to the former; we are introducing a new model of multi-location work. What does multi-location work mean in practice, how to agree on it and what teams should consider when making new work arrangements?
