Tuota noin...Zeiss fluoresenssimikroskoopin päivitys ei edennytkään suunnitellusti. Mikroskoopin kameran alkoi "temppuilemaan" päivityksen jälkeen. Tilannetta selvitellään parasta aikaa. Mikroskooppia voi edelleen käyttää näytteiden katselemiseen, ja jos OYS:n tietokone toimii, kuviakin voi siinä tapauksessa ottaa.

Well... The update of the Zeiss fluorescence microscope did not go as planned. The microscope camera did not function well after the update. The company representatives are troubleshooting this issue at the moment. The microscope can still be used for viewing samples, and if the OYS computer is working, you can take pictures in that case.

Zeiss fluoresenssimikroskoopin päivitykseen tulee jonkin verran viivettä, yksi osa ei ole vielä saapunut. Ko mikroskooppiin on edelleen liitettynä vanha OYS:in tietokone, joten mikroskooppia voi käyttää kuten aiemminkin.

Zeiss fluoresenssimikroskoopin päivitys ja tietokoneen vaihtaminen uuteen edistyy ja saadaan päätökseen ensi tiistaina 20.11. Mikroskooppiin on edelleen tällä hetkellä liitettynä OYS:n vanha tietokone. Tässä samassa yhteydessä tulemme hankkimaan 10 gigan verkkolevyn, johon mikroskoopilla otetut kuvat tallennetaan. Jokaiselle käyttäjälle täytyy antaa erikseen lupa käyttää ko verkkolevyä, ja luvan saavat kaikki mikroskooppia käyttävät. Ne henkilöt, jotka tarvitsevat oikeudet käyttää ko verkkolevyä, laittakaa minulle sähköpostia huomisen torstain aikana. Ilmoitan nimet tietohallintoon. Nimiä voi ilmoittaa myöhemminkin tarpeen mukaan.

Upgrading the Zeiss Fluorescence Microscope and replacing the computer will be completed next Tuesday (20.11.). The OYS's old computer is still attached to the microscope. In this same context, we will acquire a 10 gigabit network disk where images are stored. Each user must be given a separate permission to use the network disk and permission will be granted to all microscope users. Those who need access to this network disk, email me latest on Thursday tomorrow. I will give the names to IT administration services. The names can be added later whenever needed.
