if you would like to test the small spectrophometer/fluorometer DeNovix (it combines Nanodrop and Qbit machines)
DeNovix DS-11 FX+ spectrophotometer/fluorometer:
· microvolume abs measument (0.5-1 ul)
· cuvette abs measurement
· fluorescence measurement with for example Qubit, PicoGreen etc. kits
· easy to use
· reproducible
· automatic pathlength determination
· different models, demo unit with all 3 detection modes
It is possible during this week. The machine is in Kieppi 2nd floor, the FACScore room 233A.

tässä vielä ohjeita laitteen käyttöön, laitoin englanniksi, jotta voit laittaa suoraan jakoon:
csv file opening in Excel:
open new excel worksheet, choose data/from text -> choose your csv file-> import. Text import Wizard opens:
first page: original data -> delimited and my data has headers second page: delimiter is comma and text qualifier is '' on the third page you can modify the columns: General or Text (choose one at a time).
