Hi,
I'm planning to organize a little "Population Genomic Analyses Using ANGSD" workshop on the 28th (1-4pm) and the 29th (2-5pm) at YL124. It won't be a very in-depth workshop, but we'll cover some basics and run some standard analyses (such as PCA, etc.). If you are interested in joining, please let me know.
ANGSD can be used for any genome-wide DNA data, e.g. RADseq, GBS, low and high-coverage whole genome data, etc. It's especially good for low-coverage data, data with quite a bit of missing data or paleogenomics.
I will send out some reading for the ones interested!
