Kehityskeskustelujen aika on alkanut. The development discussions should be conducted before the end of March.
The discussion are supposed to start with a general discussion on the goals of the unit, which could in this case be "Population genetics research group". Let us have a meeting to discuss these aspects, on Thursday 21st, at 12.15-13.00 (place to be announced). We could have a short discussion on how to develop and improve the working environment and what specific issues need to be taken up - this could help all of us prepare for the discussions, but also could be useful in general (independent of who your supervisor is).
Please check in the HR personec system who your immediate supervisor is, and be in touch with that person.

I have put up a sighup sheet outside my office, those who discuss with me, please book a time (30 min, or 45 min) (in the following two weeks, or later as needed).
If you have a very short contract, you can discuss with me how to deal with this. If your actual supervisor is not going to discuss with you, then this person should still be involved in preparing for the discussion or even participate.
