26.3. - 28.3.2007 CSC:llä pidettävällä sekvenssianalyysin perusteet -kurssilla on vielä muutama paikka vapaana.
Kurssille voi ilmoittautua 23.3. klo 12.00 asti.
Kurssi luennoidaan suomeksi ja se käsittelee mm. seuraavia asioita: - Tutkijan käyttöliittymä CSC:llä - SRS ja sekvenssitietokannat - BLAST ja samankaltaisuushaut - sekvenssirinnastukset - fylogenetiikka - promoottorianalyysi
