Hi genetics graduate students and post-docs!
As you remember, you need to teach 48 h during your doctoral studies, or appr. 12 h/ year for post-docs. There is a need for teaching during this autumn in courses
-Practicals in Molecular methods I (48h, also a part of this can be done) (Helmi Kuittinen) -Basics in Population genetics (problems, 18-24? h) (Minna Ruokonen) -Quantitative genetics and plant and animal breeding(12-24 h?) (Mikko Sillanpää)
We do not know yet about the need for teaching in spring semester.
If you are interested in teaching in these courses please talk with the responsible teachers (and your supervisor) and let me also know the situation.
