The A block in PTC-200 is probably OK and can be used, Matti will fix the B block when he gets spare parts for that.
Mastercycler has been moved to another table, so that the PCR machines don't heat eachother. If the problem persists, let me know.
I would like to remind everybody that PCR machines are expensive to be used as a refrigerators: try to take your reactions away from the machine as soon as they are completed. Letting the PCR machine to keep the reactions cool is really exhausting for the machine. At least the temperature should be set to +10 instead of +4.
