The seminar by Mike Bruford is at 10.15 in ET232 and the title is "The Orlog Model in conservation genetics: evaluating the past, present and future using molecular tools in a critically endangered great ape population."
at noon in YB210, Miika Tapio will defend his thesis with a topic "Origin and maintenance of genetic diversity in northern European sheep". The thesis includes papers published in Molecular Biology & Evolution, Molecular Ecology and Heredity. Mike Bruford is the opponent.
