the Xerox copy machine/printer has now been fixed, there were two broken parts which have been replaced and it should be ok now.
We have a maintenance contract with Xerox meaning that whenever they come and fix something, it does not cost us any extra. Therefore, it would be good if the first person who notices that the copy machine is not ok could call and ask them to come. The telephone number, serial number and model number can be found from a paper next to the machine. Earlier, it has been Petri Kärkkäinen who has called them, but the problem is that he is not a user and often cannot describe the problem in detail. Therefore the maintenance has not been very efficient, as you might have noticed. Petri still takes care of ink refill etc.
