Hi you all,

A garden party to celebrate and open the summer season will take place on Friday May 31st at the Botanical Gardens of our university (indoors if the weather is rainy or exceedingly cold). Everybody is wellcome to participate!

We have planned to start the occasion by having lunch outdoors (around 1-2 pm onwards). To share the responsibility for the arrangements, we hope that everybody can bring something to the table (upon agreement).

Those interested in participating to the planning in a 'joy division', please come to the coffee room on Monday 20th at noon. Any suggestions etc. are wellcome, keeping in mind that this will be a very unofficial occasion...
