On tullut aika ehdottaa Histoni ry:n kunniamerkin saajaa. Kunniamerkit jaetaan vuosijuhlan iltajuhlatilaisuudessa. Voit ehdottaa itseäsi tai kaveriasi, kriteerinä on Histoni ry:n jäsenyys. Kunniatyöryhmä valitsee ehdotuksien perusteella kunniamerkkien saajat.

 

Kerro tällä lomakkeella, miten ehdotettava henkilö on edistänyt merkittävällä tavalla Histoni ry:n toimintaa menneinä tai nykyisinä vuosina. Kattava perustelu helpottaa kunniatyöryhmän työtä.

 

Kunniamerkkejä on kahta luokkaa: hopeisia ja kultaisia kunniamerkkejä. Ehdottajan ei tarvitse erikseen määritellä, kumpaa merkkiä on hakemassa, vaan kunniatyöryhmä arvioi tämän hakemuksen perusteella.

It is time to propose a recipient for the Histoni ry’s decoration of honor. The decoration will be awarded at the annual celebration evening event. You may nominate yourself or a friend; the only criterion is membership in Histoni ry. The merit committee will select the recipients based on the nominations.

 

Use this form to describe how the nominee has significantly contributed to the activities of Histoni ry in past or present years. A comprehensive justification will facilitate the work of the merit committee.

 

There are two classes of decorations: silver and gold. The nominator does not need to specify which badge they are applying for, as the merit committee will assess this based on the application.
