The Oulu Bioscience Society is excited to announce the 6th Oulu Bioscience Networking Event (OBNE25), taking place on Friday, February 7th, 2025, at the University of Oulu Kontinkangas campus.

OBNE gathers local bioscience professionals and students and builds a bridge between academia and industry. This year’s theme, “Innovations beyond boundaries”, highlights the incredible opportunities arising from out-of-the-box ideas. We will hear talks from BusinessOulu OYSTER incubator, University of Oulu Innovation Center, VTT, University of Oulu Kvantum institute, Admescope, FinnAdvance, Professor Caglar Elbuken and Professor Lloyd Ruddock. Between the talks we have a networking hour with snacks and wine and stands from several organizations. The event is wrapped up by a panel discussion by the speakers.
