With support from the University of Oulu’s 6GESS program, we are advancing a proof-of-concept project to develop innovative approaches for revolutionizing early dementia diagnosis.

By leveraging pilot studies, in vivo and in vitro models, and applying a range of molecular and imaging techniques, we aim to identify skin biomarkers that correlate with various types of dementia.

To join this exciting journey, I am seeking motivated and talented MSc students with backgrounds in biochemistry, biology, engineering, computer science, data analysis, or related fields.
