Oulun luonnontieteilijät ry piti kevään 2024 liittokokouksensa poikkeuksellisesti vasta 5.9.2024 luentosalissa PR101.  Alla tiivistelmä liittokokouksesta sekä liitteenä kokouspöytäkirja

Liittokokouksen pääaiheena oli vuoden 2023 hallituksen vastuuvapautus, tilinpäätös sekä toiminta. Lisäksi OLuT ry:n rahastonhoitaja Vilja Männistön ero sekä uuden rahastonhoitajan valinta olivat osa liittokokouksen asialistaa.

Vuoden 2023 hallitukselle sekä muille tilivelvollisille myönnettiin vastuuvapautus sekä vuoden 2023 tilinpäätös hyväksyttiin. Toiminnantarkastaja oli tyytyväinen hallituksen toimintaan ja totesi toiminnan olleen asianmukaista.

OLuT ry:n vuoden 2024 uudeksi rahastonhoitajaksi valittiin Jakov Lubenets. 

Jakovin ollessa estynyt toimimaan toiminnantarkastajan tehtävässä, varatoiminnantarkastaja Tuomas Harila nousee toiminnantarkastajan rooliin.

Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry held it's spring 2024 general assembly on 5^th of September at PR101. Below is a short summary of the assembly and attached to this e-mail the meeting minutes (in finnish).

The agenda of the general assembly consisted of the year 2023 boards freedom of responsibility, financial statements and annual report. In addition the resignation of the treasurer Vilja Männistö and the choosing of the new treasurer were part of the agenda.

Board of the year 2023 were given freedom of responsibility, financial statements were accepted and the operations inspector was satisfied with the annual report and financial statements.

Jakov Lubenets was chosen to be the new OLuT ry treasurer for rest of the year 2024. 

As Jakov Lubenets is prevented from acting as an operational inspector due to his new role as treasurer, the debuty operational inspector Tuomas Harila will be promoted to an operational inspector.
