Dear faculty members and students,

We will organize an alumni day for the Faculty of Biochemistry  and Molecular Medicine (FBMM) on Friday 26.4.  in the Kontinkangas campus from 12:30 to 14:30 at the Tellus Stage Kontinkangas (Aapistie 7A) before the University of Oulu Alumni Day event. You can register for the event via the university's alumni day page mentioned below (click here for registration form!) – please note that you can register for the FBMM alumni day only, if you want. The event is open to all biochemistry alumni, staff and students, and we will discuss the current and previous operations of the faculty and studying biochemistry. Coffee will be served at the event. Bus transportation is organized from the Kontinkangas campus to the Linnanmaa campus for the university's event.

Dean of Education Tuomo Glumoff and university teachers Henrika Honkanen and Krista Juurikka are responsible for organizing FBMM’s alumni day. Questions related to the event can be addressed to the Yours Truly.

The University of Oulu organizes its Alumni Day on Friday 26.4. from 15:00 to 17:00. University alumni, staff and students from all faculties are invited to the event. The program includes e.g. musical performances, a keynote speech from Jari Saario, who rowed across the Atlantic, and an interview with the alumni of the year, Mika Rämet.
