PRO-GRADU PROJECT ON Wnt4 signaling in adult ovary.
A Pro-gradu student position is available in Developmental Biology research group in the Faculty of Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine, University of Oulu.
The pro-gradu project will focus on understanding how Wnt4 is implicated in the development of oocyte and the implication for embryo development We are especially interested in the role of Wnt4 signaling and its interacting partners carrying different experiment based on cell lines and mouse line using Western blot, qPCR, immunostaining.
