Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry:n hallitus piti kahdennentoista kokouksensa 13.10.2021. Alla tiivistelmä kokouksen tärkeimmistä kohdista ja tämän sähköpostin liitteenä kokouspöytäkirja.

Edustajistovaalit järjestetään 28.10.-3.11.2021. Vaalit järjestetään tänä vuonna täysin etänä, Tuudon kautta. Äänestämisestä saa haalarimerkin.

Pauliina Järvinen on tehnyt SOPO:n palautekyselyn, jonka tavoitteena on kerätä kokemuksia opiskelijoiden kokemasta häirinnästä ja kiusaamisesta yliopistolla, sekä ainejärjestötoiminnassa. Palautekyselyyn on vastannut tällä hetkellä 81 henkilöä. Vastaamisaikaa on tämän kuun loppuun.

 

Tulevat tapahtumat:

Pikkujoulut järjestetään Teekkaritalolla keskiviikkona 17.11.2021. Tapahtumassa järjestetään puheenjohtajille Puheenjohtajakisa. Pikkujouluihin osallistuminen maksaa 2 € ovelta.

Yhteistapahtuma Kaskin kanssa järjestetään myöhemmin mahdollisesti baaribileiden muodossa.

The Pikkujoulut järjestetään Ilonassa 16.12.2021. Tapahtumaa on järjestämässä OLuT, Humanistinen kilta ja OTY.

Jouluristeily seilataan 2.-3.12.2021. Risteilylle osallistuvia laskutetaan mahdollisuuksien mukaan jo ensi viikon aikana. Risteilyä varten on varattu neljä bussia, joihin mahtuu yhteensä 232 matkustajaa. Yksi peruutuspaikka on jaettu jonossa seuraavana olleelle. Risteilystä on tulossa yleinen tiedotus vielä kaikille osallistuville.

Poikkitieteelliset lanit 5.-7.11.2021. Tiloina toimii IT112 ja IT113. Tapahtumaan on ilmoittautuminen. Ilmoittautuminen tapahtuu Blankon ja OLuT:n sivuilla. Tapahtumaan mahtuu 100 osallistujaa, joista 50 paikkaa on alustavasti varattu Blankon osallistujille ja 50 muille OLuT:n killoille.

 

Vuosijuhlat järjestetään Alppimajalla 30.10.2021. Ilmoittautuneita on tällä hetkellä 78. Vuosijuhlille kaivataan edelleen työvoimaa.

 

Nauhamyyntiä tehdään 14.10.2021 Kiltakommuunissa kello 10–16. Seuraava nauhamyynti järjestetään marraskuun alussa myöhemmin ilmoitettavana ajankohtana.

Oluensis-lehteä ei tulla julkaisemaan ennen vuosijuhlia, juttujen puutteen vuoksi.

Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry board had its 12th meeting for this year on the 13th of October. Below a short summary from the meeting and attached to this e-mail the meeting minutes (in Finnish).

 

Student council elections is from 28th of October to 3rd of November. Elections will be held completely remotely, through Tuudo. You will receive an overall badge for voting.

Sociopolitical minister of OLuT ry, Pauliina Järvinen has done survey about bullying and harassment experienced by students. So far 81 people have done the survey. Survey is open to the end of October.

 

Upcoming events:

Pre-Christmas party will be held at Teekkaritalo on Wednesday 17 November 2021. There will be Chairperson's Competition during the event. Participation in the pre-Christmas party costs 2 €.

Event with Kaski will be organized later, possibly in the form of a bar party.

The Pikkujoulut will be held in Ilona on December 16, 2021. The event is organized by OLuT, Humanistinen kilta and OTY.

The Christmas cruise will be sailed on December 2-3, 2021. If possible, participants will be billed as early as next week. Four buses with a total capacity of 232 passengers have been booked for the cruise. One cancellation seat was shared with the next one in the queue. General information for all participating will be given later.

Interdisciplinary LAN party November 5-7, 2021. The facilities are IT112 and IT113 classrooms. There is a registration for the event. Registration takes place on the Blanko and OLuT ry websites. 100 participants will be admitted to the event, of which 50 seats will be tentatively reserved for Blanco participants and 50 for other OLuT guilds.

 

OLuT-Anniversary Ball will be held at the Alppimaja on October 30, 2021. There are currently 78 participants. Helping hands are still needed for the Anniversary Ball.

 

The sale of the OLuT ry Sash will take place on 14 October 2021 in the Guild Commune from 10 am to 4 pm. The next sash sale will take place in early November, date will be announced later.

 

Oluensis magazine will not be published before the anniversary, due to lack of articles.
