Pyydämme teitä vastaamaan oheiseen kyselyyn, joka on osana Liiketoiminta-analytiikan maisterintutkintoa Oulun Yliopistossa. Kyselyn aiheena on yksityisen terveydenhuollon verkkopalvelut ja kyselyyn vastaamiseen kuluu noin 15 minuuttia.
Vastaajien kesken arvotaan Finnkino-elokuvalippuja. Arvonta suoritetaan syksyllä kyselyn päätyttyä halukkaiden kesken ja arvonnan suorituksen jälkeen vastaajan yhteystiedot hävitetään.

We would like to like invite you to participate in a survey, which in is conducted as part of the business analytics Master's degree in the university of Oulu. The subject of the survey is online private healthcare services and participating
in the survey will take approximately 15 minutes. Survey respondents opt in to have a chance at winning Finnkino movie tickets. The tickets will be delivered in Fall after the closing of the survey and the personal information of the respondents will
