Dear all,

International MSc and PhD students should have received an email not long ago asking them to participate in the international student barometer survey. University of Oulu is giving an ipad3 to one of the students who takes part (to encourage participation) and the survey organizers are also giving away a 1000 euro cash prize to somebody who takes part.
