I am looking for a student to work together with Dr. Marion Weber-Boyvat on a project involving membrane contact sites (junctions at which ER membranes are at close contact with other membraneous organelles), their function in cell signaling and lipid homeostatic control.
Educational background in molecular cell biology and biochemistry would be beneficial. Optimal starting time is August-September 2012. Stipendium support is available for the work.
