We are looking for a Brand Manager in RIA (Respiratory, Inflammation & Autoimmunity) business unit – located in Espoo, Finland

As a Brand Manager RIA you will contribute to AstraZeneca’s strong respiratory franchise, one of our key growth platforms. AstraZeneca holds a unique position in respiratory disease, including asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), with a range of differentiated potential medicines in development. In the Business Unit RIA, we are committed to serve our customers with innovative care by offering individualized treatment approaches and medical value for the Nordic patients. 

 

Key Accountabilities

 

Person in this role

·      Drives and executes local brand activities together with local implementation team

·      Develops local marketing material based on agreed overall strategy – co-develops campaigns, aligns key messages and manages the local production agencies

·      Drives specific Nordic business unit initiatives according to individual’s interest and skills

·      Manages the local PR agencies and patient organizations

·      Generates market insight together with local implementation team for the business unit

·      Delivers local brand & campaign trainings

·      Follows up of operational plans and provides Segmentation & Targeting guidance for sales force

·      Manages relationships with local Key External Experts in collaboration with Medical and HCA

 

In order to succeed in the role you have

·         Demonstrated several years of pharma marketing experience

·         Good knowledge in market ethical rules & Finnish health care system

·         Excellent communication skills - fluent written and spoken English and Finnish

·         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, e.g. in Marketing

·         Experience from multicultural business environment

·         Insight of market access work
