OPEN POSITION FOR A RESEARCH ASSISTANT

UNIVERSITY OF HELSINKI

We are looking for a highly motivated research assistant with background in biochemistry or cell biology. Our research interests focus on protein functions in membrane morphogenesis (http://www.biocenter.helsinki.fi/bi/zhao/). The salary will be paid based on the University of Helsinki salary system. The work is part-time (8-10 month/per year) and the position could be renewed.

The candidate is expected to be familiar with cloning, protein expression/protein purification or cell biology. Knowledge of membrane biochemistry or biophysics is a plus but not required. He or she should be fluent in English.
