Job description We are looking for a Ph.D. student to carry out and analyse algal cultivations, with particular emphasis on cell productivity. The work will include phototrophic and mixotrophic cultivation of algae, productivity analyses and analytics related to biofuel production.
The position is a fix term employment for two years.
Expectations We expect you to have an appropriate academic qualification (equivalent to M.Sc.). Experience in biotechnical prosesses and fermentor cultivations is desirable, especially experience with algal or plant cells. Understanding of process concepts is an advantage. Capability of independent work, as well as colaboration in a team is desirable. Good written and oral command of English is required.
