In English below! Hei! Vallitsevan koronatilanteen takia päätimme rajata kesäjuhlien osallistujamäärää Oulun kaupungin suositusten mukaisesti. Toteutamme tämän ennakkoilmoittautumisen avulla. Näin vähennämme turhan jonottamisen määrää sekä saamme kerättyä listan juhlien osallistujista varatoimenpiteenä. Lisäksi tapahtumassa on maskisuositus. Ensimmäiset 110 ilmoittautunutta pääsee kesäjuhliin. Ilmoittautuminen kesäjuhliin aukeaa keskiviikkona 25.8.2021 klo 12:00, ja se tapahtuu Google Formsin kautta. Linkin Formsiin löytää tästä sähköpostista, OLuT ry:n kesäjuhlien facebook-tapahtumasta sekä yhdistyksen nettisivuilta. Lipunmyynti juhliin tapahtuu normaalisti talolla aikavälillä 21:30-00:00, mutta lippuja myydään vain ennakkoilmoittautuneille. Muistutuksena vielä, että ethän osallistu tapahtumaan kipeänä.

Hello! Due to the current situation with COVID19 pandemic we have decided to narrow down the number of attendees in OLuT ry’s summer party to match the recommendations of the city of Oulu. We will implement this through advance registration. With this method we lessen the amount of queuing and manage to gather a list of participants as a measure of caution. In addition to this we have a face mask recomendation in the event. First 110 people to register can attend the event. The advance registration to the event opens Wednesday 25th of August 2021 at 12:00 through Google Forms. The link to the Forms can be found attached to this email, from the facebook event and from the webpage of OLuT ry. The advance registration will close immediately when 110 people have registred, but at the latest on Saturday 28th of August 2021 at 12:00. The link to the regustration: https://forms.gle/HRioBY3tbp7DUwVg8 The ticket sale to the party is open at Teekkaritalo between 21:30-00:00, but the tickets are being sold only to those people who have registered in advance. Lastly, as a reminder, please do not attend to the event when sick.
