Graduate student/ Cytokine signaling in cancer
Molecular Immunology group at University of Tampere investigates the molecular mechanisms of cytokine signaling using multidisciplinary approaches with a goal to implement this information
to dissect disease mechanisms and evaluate novel therapeutic strategies. The research focuses on two areas of cytokine signaling: 1) JAK kinases and other disease-related pseudokinases 2) SND1 (Tudor-SN) in
in vivo disease models,
with special emphasis on cancer and hematological diseases. The project details will be discussed in the job interview.
