We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious applicant for a PhD student position to join the on-going project that investigates novel molecular mechanisms in progressive myoclonus epilepsy type 1 (EPM1). Applicants holding an academic degree (MSc, MD or equivalent) in molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry, biology or other relevant field are encouraged to apply. Experience in basic molecular and cell biological methods as well as in biochemistry is an advantage. We utilize diverse variety of modern cell and molecular biological methods as well as genetics. The position is available immediately.
