Tervehdys Histonit!

Killan hallitus kokoontuu taas 15.10.2019 Kontinkankaalla kiltahuoneella 16.00 eteenpäin.

Kokouksessa käydään tärkeää asiaa liittyen Histoni ry:n sääntöjen muutokseen vuotta 2020 varten. Isoimmat muutokset tulevat liittymään varsinaiseen jäsenyyteen ja jäsenrekisterin uudistamiseen.

Kyseisiä muutoksia varten järjestetään vielä killan oma yleinen kokous, viimeistään viikkoa ennen syysvuosikokousta 12.11. Hallituksen pohja sääntömuutoksia varten lähetetään liitteenä yleisen kokouksen asialistaan.

Yleisessä killan kokouksessa päätetään kootusti miten muutokset linjataan lopullisiksi ja sitten esitetään hyväksyttäviksi syysvuosikokouksessa.
Sääntöjen mukaisesti vahvistamme vielä syysvuosikokouksen jälkeen toisessa killan kokouksessa sääntömuutokset.

Kokousta pääsevät seuraamaan kaikki killan jäsenet ja muistakaa, että jos tulette seuraamaan kokousta nimenne mainitaan kokouksen pöytäkirjassa.

Greetings all Histoni members!

The board of the guild is going to meet again at 15.10.2019 at the Kontinkangas guildroom, starting 4 p.m. (16.00)

We are going to discuss about the upcoming rule changes in Histoni ry’s rules for the year 2020. The biggest changes are going to affect the regular member status in the guild and updating the member register as well.

Regarding to the rule changes the guild will held a general meeting atleast one week before the annual autumn meeting (12nd of November). The Basic line of suggestions is presented in the meeting invitation for the general meeting of the guild.

In the general meeting of the guild, all of the members of the guild decide together how to present the final set of the new rules and help in the outlining of the new rules. The new rulesare verified in the annual autumn meeting and aggording to the histoni rules, we will held one more general meeting of the guild after the annual autumn meeting, where the rule change is made finally viral.

Please remember, if you come to follow the meeting, your name will be mentioned in the minutes made from the meeting.
